Product Summary

The Hessaire Mobile Evaporative Air Cooler delivers refreshing cool air without the cost of using an air conditioner. Cooling pads on 3 sides ensure there is maximum cool air circulated -- up to 1600 square feet. When hot air hits the wet padding it is cooled and pushed out the 3 sides. The cupped propeller encounters minimal resistance and static pressure, allowing for maximum airflow and cooling. Use either continuous fill or manually fill up the 14.6-gallon water tank. (A garden hose adapter is included.) 4 caster wheels allow easy transport from space to space. Other features include 3 fan speeds, fan-only option and more.

    1. The decibel rating on the cooler is 62.5 decibels at 10 feet on high speed.

  2. Can you Grease this motor when it starts squeeking?

    1. If you hear squeaking, it would be the blower bearings. They should be lubricated. The motor would be sealed and could not be oiled.

    1. The evaporative coolers are not recommend to be used indoors in a closed area.

  4. Can I add ice to the water to excel the cool temp?

    1. Per the manufacturer, as long as the ice is crushed it can be added to the water tank on this unit. The ice needs to be melted prior to getting to the pump otherwise it can cause damage.

  5. What's the run time on the 14 gal. Reservoir and the temperature reduction of the ambient air.

    1. This evaporative air cooler is designed to run 2-4 hours on a full tank of water. The outside temperature and humidity will affect the amount of evaporation and water usage. Higher temperatures with low humidity will have a higher water consumption and lower temperatures with higher humidity will have a lower water consumption.
