    1. This pellet stove does not have a removable ash tray. An ash vacuum like item 4340547 is recommended for cleaning out ash.

    1. This does not include an ash vacuum. Please view item 4340547 for an ash vacuum that can be used with this stove.

  3. Can this stove utilize an up the chimney fresh air draw like the Ashley/US Stove does?

    1. This stove does have a separate fresh air intake hookup on the back side. The fresh air intake would be hooked up separate from the chimney vent pipes.

  4. I wonder this be installed in a current existed chimney? could it set up with a thermostat?

    1. An adapter can be used for the 3" vent pipe to adapt to a 6" or 8" Class-A chimney. The preferred method would be to run a 3" or 4" L-Vent inside the existing chimney. A wired remote thermostat can be hooked up to this heater.

  5. Can the front surround of the stove be adjusted slightly? My dementions are about 2 inches smaller than the listed dementions.

    1. This fireplace insert requires a cavity at least 24.5" high x 18" deep x 21" wide.

    1. An adapter can be used for the 3" vent pipe to adapt to a 6" or 8" Class-A chimney. The preferred method would be to run a 3" or 4" L-Vent inside the existing chimney.

    1. Wood stoves and pellets stoves that are 75% efficient or more would qualify for the federal tax credit. This pellet stove is 75.8% efficient, it would qualify.
