  1. How do you remove the auger motor I've removed the set screw but can't get the motor out, trying to replace the igniter and it is blocked in by the motor

    2. There at two set screws. You would remove the first one completely and pull that out, then you will see the second set screw, remove that and the auger motor will come out.

    1. To the bottom of the exhaust port, it is 10" high. To the center of the exhaust port, it is 11.5" high.

    1. This pellet stove has a 3" vent outlet on the back of the unit. There is also a 2" fresh air vent on the back for an optional fresh air intake.

  6. What is burn time with 60 lbs in hopper ?

    1. The consumption rate on low is 1.41 lbs/hr. The consumption rate on medium is 1.85 lbs/hr. The consumption rate on high is 4.01 lbs/hr. This is approximately 42.5 hours on low, 32.43 hours on medium and 15 hours on high.
