Product Summary

Welds 24-gauge sheet metal and up to 1/2in. steel with multiple passes. Rated at 60% duty cycle at 225 Amps. Phase control amps are infinitely adjustable. Top loading; accepts 4 to 12in. spools, 1 to 30 lbs. of wire. Spot and stitch welding controls for thin sheet metal. DC+ and DC- polarity taps for .030, .035 or .045in. flux-cored or .024, .030, .035 or .045in. solid wires. Cold wire design - welding current and gas flow only when you squeeze trigger. You get 12-ft. wire feed welding gun assembly, ground cable and clamp, welding nozzle and contact tips, shielding gas regulator, hoses and hardware, helmet, drive roll, starter spool of welding wire and manual. Draws 44 Amps at 208 Volts, 40 at 230 Volts. Welder will run 5356 aluminum wire with #1646252 optional composite drive roll and #1646253 Teflon gun liner, sold separately. 5 year limited warranty on welder parts and labor. Truck Ship. U.S.A.
