    1. This fan requires 39in. x 39in. framing. The manual can be found underneath the product summary for more information regarding installation.

    1. This fan is not explosion proof. This fan has galvanized blades and explosion proof have aluminum blades for spark free operation.

  4. Can you mount this in a ceiling or is it only for wall applications?

    1. The Canarm Wall Exhaust Fan is for wall mounting only. The louvers open and shut with gravity and may or may not operate correctly if ceiling mounted. The motor has also not been tested in a horizontally mounted application.
