  1. I have a 4 gang box to control 4 separate ceiling fans. Can I use 4 separate speed control switches in this gang box and what type of cover plate would I need?

    1. The manufacturer does not offer a 4 gang plate to fit a 4 gang box. It would be recommended to modify a 4 gang “Deco” plate to suit the application. This unit's controls comes with its own snap on plate.

  2. How long is down rod and can it be shortened?

    1. The down rod is 16" in length. An 8" down rod can be purchased through the manufacturer as part number DCR08WR11.
