  1. What is the max/min pressure and is it adjustable?

    1. Mine came set at 20/40; manual says it is adjustable to 30/50.

    2. My pump came set to provide 30-50 PSI. The pump comes with instructions for adjusting the max pressure setting and I easily adjusted it down to provide 20-40 PSI. The instructions caution against changing the 20 PSI differential between cut-on and cut-off pressure, but it is possible.

    3. The pressure switch setting (start/stop 20/40 or start/stop 30/50) has been set at the factory but can be adjusted to other settings with a maximum of 60 psi and a minimum of 20 psi.

    1. No. You must provide a check valve on the suction line to the pump.

    1. This pump is not designed for 3-phase electricity. It will run on 110V or 220 Volt single phase electricity.

    1. The pump does not arrive with a power cord. This model must be hardwired to the power supply with no smaller than a 14-gauge wire. A licensed electrician is recommended to connect to power supply.

  6. I have a pump already, can the tank be purchased separately?

  7. Can this pump be installed under cover on an outside deck, or must it be installed inside a building? It would be seasonal (summer) use and be drained and brought inside for the winter.

    1. The well pump is designed for indoor use only.

    1. This well pump would operate as an on demand type of pump. It has a built in pressure switch that automatically turns on to re pressurize the water line as needed. The attached pressure tank will prevent the pump from rapidly cycling on and off which can damage the pump.

  9. can I use this pump to feed my whole house I will be drawing from a 2500gal tank , it will gravity feed the pump

    1. This could be used to supply water to a whole house. Care should be taken to ensure the pump does not run dry if the water tank empties of water.

  10. I would like to use this pump to water my garden by pumping the water from a 275 gallon IBC. I would hook the hose up to two sprinklers. Would this pump be good for that purpose and would the pump shut off if it ran out of water without harming the pump?

    1. This pump can be used to supply water to a sprinkler system. It can be hooked up to a tank to supply water. There is no automatic shut off feature if the water runs out. Special care needs to be taken to ensure the pump will not run dry.
