This walk-behind spreader has pneumatic tires. While pneumatic tires are the preferred type of tire to use on gravel, depending on the type of gravel, it may not roll smoothly.

What setting for 10 10 10 grassy fertilizer

The starting point for the spreader setting when using a 10-10-10 fertilizer would be 15 or 16 at 3 MPH depending on the brand and weight of that fertilizer. The application guide in the owners manual can be consulted along with the fertilizers application guide for additional information.
