    1. On a 4 bolt pattern you would measure diagonally from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole to determine the bolt circle.

  4. Will hub part # 57204 fit this rim and tire

    1. The hub that will fit the rim would be item 13829. (see below) That is a 4 bolt on 4 inch bolt circle. You could also use item 57204 that is a high speed with 1 inch bearings. (see below). But the tire is low speed and designed for highway use.

    What is the center to center measurement on the wheel bolt holes and the diameter of the center hub opening?
