The AME international double diaphragm pump will work for gas or diesel but is not exclusively designed for this application. The key to using with either substance is that the ground wire is connected to the grounding screw on the exterior of the pump. This, along with the pump design, allow the pump to remain grounded when pumping fuels. The CFM requirement is 1 per gallon.
