  3. Can this be used as indoor transfer switch?

    Looking to install a 30 or 50 amp transfer switch next to my current electrical panel (located in downstairs living room). Can the 240V outlet shown, be permanently mounted outdoors, and then the remaining cabels pulled through and hard-wired into the current electrical panel? Have any other suggestions?

    1. The All Power transfer switch is rated for 120 volts only. Below are shown the power inlet boxes that are approved for outside use and are 120/240 volt. The proper unit would depend on the wattage of your generator.

  4. The picture shows a power cord of some kind but it's not mentioned as coming with the purchase. Does it and if so, what is it?

    1. The transfer switch does include a 6 FT 30 AMP 10AWG Ext. Cord with NEMA L1430 plug.
