This ALC® Steel Abrasive Blast Cabinet is a durable 36in. x 24in. steel blast cabinet constructed of 14-ga. steel with heavy-duty angle iron legs. The fully-welded design means there are no seams to leak. Inside work area of 36in.W x 24in.H x 24in.D to accommodate a large variety of items, with side door access. Includes foot pedal controlled gun with 1/4in. nozzle, 150 watt light kit, high quality 24in. lined gloves, cushioned foam arm holes, 112 CFM dust collector with 50 micron filter bag and protective window underlay. Full opening top door and side door.

  1. What kind of air compressor do you suggest I need for this product?

    1. This requires a air compressor with a minimum of 15 CFM at 80 PSI.

  2. Is the hole on the left left side of the cabinet supposed to stay exposed or does it need to be plugged when running the sandblaster?

    1. The hole on the left hand side with the cover open should remain open. This is a intake air vent hole. The cabinet should be under negative pressure while the dust collector is running and the hole is an intake to let air in to draw from. Since it is under negative pressure with the dust collector running no abrasive should come out of the intake hole.

    1. The top door opening is 13" L x 35" W. The inside work area measures 36" L x 24" W x 24" H.

    1. The electrical requirement would be 110 volts and 20 amps.

  5. Is the window in the cabinet made of glass, plexiglass, or Lexan? Also, what would be the part # for a 1/4" ceramic tip to fit the gun?

    1. The glass in the Abrasive Blast Cabinet is made of plexiglass. The item #155512 is the 1/4" ceramic nozzle kit to fit the gun. See below.
