  1. How many Amps does it draw at maximum load? Can I power it from my trailer / electric brakes connector ?

    1. The winch power switch requirement is 12 volt 50 amp or higher. The battery should have a continuous discharge current of more than 30 amps. The winch is wired directly to the battery. It is not able to be powered through the trailer lights or 12 volt plug.
