1. Ensure your utility trailer is 14' or smaller or boat trailer 16' or smaller
2. Call your closest store to schedule an appointment
3. Bring your trailer to your local Northern Tool store on the day and time of your scheduled appointment
4. Ask for the Service and Repair department at the customer service area
5. Unload your trailer as instructed by the repair technician
6. Our Technicians will evaluate and provide you with an estimated completion time and cost
7. Feel free to browse our store while we complete your repairs. Please note that trailers must be picked up promptly once the repair is finished, as they cannot be stored in our shop beyond that time.
