Product Summary

The Lincoln Electric AC/DC 225/125 Stick Welder is the deluxe version of Lincoln's AC-225 arc welder. It gives the user the same traditional design and functionality of the AC-225 but adds the smoother, more traditional DC welding arc, making it an ideal choice for the farm, shop, home or anywhere improved arc welding performance is desired. It provides AC arc welding power from 40–225 Amps and a DC welding output range of 30–125, making it extremely useful as a stick welding power source for maintenance, repair, fabrication, construction, erecting and hardfacing applications. You can also use the AC/DC 225/125 for cutting and piercing holes in steel. Requires a 50 Amp circuit breaker. NEMA rated; UL listed; CSA approved.

Need one welder that can do it all? The Lincoln Electric AC/DC 225/125 230V Stick Welder uses the same proven design as the renowned AC-235 arc welder, but adds a smoother, more stable welding arc. The result is a welder that's great for use in the shop, on the farm, or for maintenance and repair needs, yet in a compact size that’s easy to take almost anywhere. The broad 40–225 amp range produces a smooth arc regardless of the metal you are welding. The 30–125 Amp DC output range delivers a smooth arc that makes it easy to weld with a variety of electrodes.

Durability To Go The Long Haul

The AC/DC225/125 is durable enough to handle job after job. This powerful machine is designed for 16-gauge metals and higher and is capable of welding multiple metals including steel, cast iron and stainless steel. An insulated electrode holder and cable and a heavy-duty work clamp and cable help to set this machine above the rest.

The AC/DC225/125 offers an open circuit voltage of 230 volts plus 225 Amp AC output. This ensures an easy strike to start welding and a smooth AC arc to keep you welding. This machine is a great choice for build-up welding and light fabrication.
