Qualifying properties must meet the following criteria:
- 22,000 +/- square feet
- Free-standing or end-cap space preferred; inline space will be considered
- Must be highly visible from main road
- Pylon signage
- Ability for exterior display and sale of utility trailers
- 120ft. or greater of frontage
- Open Joists with minimum clearance of 16' to bottom of joist
- Interior office, break room, two (2) ADA restrooms and service area
- Loading dock and ground-level loading door
- Access for standard 53ft. trailer plus tractor
- Build-to-Suit or land purchases
- Backfill existing space
