  1. can thi be used to lubricate directly and fill a hand grease gun equiped with a grease fitting?

    1. this grease pump can be used to lubricate directly but I see no need to fill grease guns because this does the same thing and has a long hose to reach out of the way zerts

    2. This Zee Line is designed to do the greasing with the hand pump. You can fill a grease gun that has a grease fitting. It delivers 1.2 oz per 28 strokes.

  2. Can I use this pump to pump heavy oil for oiling some old crawler tractor bearings?

    1. I use it to pump expanding fluid grout which is very thin. It should pump oil with no problem. You will need to either have grease fittings or some way to open the end of the hose.

  3. Would I be able to use this pump to transfer from 55Gal

    I have two 55gal drums of grease and need to transfer it into smaller 5gal containers? I need to move them around easier but 1.? oz. per 28 pumps is going to take awhile.

    1. The model number 550 is designed to dispense from a 25-50 pound pail. It does not come with attachment for a 55 gallon drum.
