Product Summary

The XPower 3-Stage HEPA Air Scrubber features a 1/2 HP/115 Volt, energy-efficient external rotor induction motor that uses only 2.8 Amp draw to produce airflow of 600 CFM for thorough air cleaning. This unit includes 3 filters to achieve a high degree of air purity: a washable inner nylon mesh, a pleated media filter and a 16in. x 16in. True HEPA filter with a filtration rate of 99.97% of 0.03 micron particles. The optional activated carbon filter captures a wide variety of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) including soot and smoke, food odors, fumes from paint and paint thinners, sewer odors and many other compounds. This scrubber can also capture and contain ground-water contaminants that lead to environmental and human toxicity. Built-in GFCI auxiliary outlets accommodate a daisy chain of 4 units. A light indicator tells when a filter needs to be changed. A controller allows for speed adjustment. Compact and lightweight, this unit is easy to transport. It's also stackable for compact storage. Durable state-of-the art injection mold plastic housing can withstand tough handling. 19 5/8in.L x 12 5/16in.W x 21 5/8in.H.

    1. Replacement filters can be ordered from our Parts Department at 1-800-657-0516. The Parts Department is available from 7 AM-6 PM CST Monday-Friday and 7 AM-3 PM CST Saturday.

  3. how much area will it filter in what amount of time? In the vidio, why is there a tube to the window on one of the units?

    1. This XPOWER air scrubber will work in areas up to 1,500 square feet. The time it takes to scrub the air varies with the condition of the air. In the video it shows a professional cleaning crew using this product. Sometimes when the air is very bad, a crew will section off areas to use this scrubber and pump the air outside through a window. The tube is not required for use and is not sold through Northern Tool or the manufacturer at this time.
