Product Summary

The popular ULP-402 series plastic washers (1,000/bx) are made of high-grade polypropylene plastic with large ribs that stiffen plate and limit deflection. Features include pre-spotting central stem/tab for quick, easy pre-spotting into insulation board and 16 keyholes for mechanical locking of base coat. The ULP-402 fastener is 1-3/4in. diameter and comes unassembled. Compatible with Wind-lock high coated exterior fasteners. Consult system manufacturer for specific requirements. Application Details: For Ci/Stucco Systems: Secure PermaLath® 17, 20-gauge stucco netting, and 2.5 or 3.4 metal lath in hard coat stucco assemblies. Not for use with standard PB EIFS systems. For PB applications, use Wind-Devil® 2 or Long-Lock® fasteners designed with thermal recessed chambers. For ICF/SIP Construction: Pair with Foam2Foam® spray adhesive to attach wood bucks to ICF form openings. Available non-assembled or pre-assembled with UWLM series screws (for wood or light metal) to save on-site installation time.
