  3. Does it actually measure 36” long. Would like to use it for custom fuel tank I’m Working on. Is this a screw down part with gasket?

    1. This will reach 36" in to the tank to measure the fuel level. A gasket is not included. A type of thread sealant would be needed as this is a 1.5" NPT-M fitting and it would seal at the threads.
