  1. Are the hanging arms fixed or can they be adjusted according to the size of the materials

    Looking at the construction, it appears that the 14x arms pass through slots on the frame and can be positioned on any of the level. Is this true or are they welded in place?

    1. Yes they adjustable . You do not have to use all of them in case you need room between them.

    2. The arms just slide into place. You could position the longer arms higher up but the shorter arms will not work lower down. If you don't mind skipping a row or two it should work fine.

    2. I would not use anything smaller then 2" casters if I was to put casters on the rack. The rack is heavy and with all the material I put on mine, I would be leery of using casters.

    1. The vertical spacing between the arms is 8 inches. The arm length is adjustable from 0-12 inches. The horizontal spacing is 60". Maximum weight capacity is 2000 pounds. The rack is designed to be used for storage of long items.

  8. will this rack work for fabric roll storage?

    1. This rack can be used for storing fabric rolls provided there is a ridged core that the fabric is rolled around. Fabric rolls without a ridged core could sag in the middle between the rack arms.
