  1. What is the height of this cabinet without the casters? I'd like to use it as a stationary unit if it will fit into a 29" high opening.

    1. The cabinet measures approximately 32.6 inches tall without casters, so it will not fit in a 29-inch opening.

  2. is the 27" width including the handle or without? is the 37.6" height including the castors or without?

    1. The 27" width does not include the handle, it would add another 3 1/4" to the width. The 37.6" height does include the casters.. The depth of the tool cabinet is 18".
