  1. Can output pressure be regulated.

    Can the output air pressure be regulated 'as-is' or would you need to somehow attach a regulator? Is the attached guage just to show the pressure in the tank?

    I'd like to use this to blow out water lines in an RV, but need to limit output to 40 - 50 psi. so as not to rupture water lines.

    2. you would have to take of the hose and put an inline regulator and a different hose on it

    3. This air carry tank does not come with a regulator. The gauge will simply show what the tank pressure is. You would need to add a pressure regulator, or only fill the tank to where the pressure is in the desired range.

  3. Air Hose Size

    Can the air hose be replaced by owner with a longer hose? What size thread would be used if you can? Is this hose 1/4 inch Pipe Thread with 3 foot hose? Could I put the 10 ft Good Year hose, sold on this web site, on this 10 gallon tank? Thank you!

    1. This air carry tank includes a 3 foot hose with 1/2" NPT fittings. The hose cannot be replaced with a longer one as this tank is designed solely for use with its included hose. Any modifications(including replacing the hose with a longer one) will void the warranty.

    1. Th Wel-Bilt Air Carry Tanks are not ASME certified. We do not carry a tank of this type that is ASME certified.

  6. Do you sell the valve gauge and hose combination as a replacement part?

    The tank is in good shape after years of use but the gauge and hose have finally succumbed to the abuse.
