  1. Auto string feed

    Does it have the button on the bottom that allows the string to come out? Some only have short 8” pieces of string that have to be replaced.

    1. No. you replace with precut string but it lasts longer than auto feed string.

    2. No, this trimmer does not have the "tap n go" head. It uses the short pieces.

    4. This has the 18"enght of string that is super easy to change. I will never buy another with the bump head. They tangle and get stuck. This is great.

  2. does the head turn clock wise

    is this a left handed weed eater

    1. Good question..Never gave much thought as to which way the cutting head spins. The 17 inch cutting head spins counterclockwise with two .80 string cutters. As for whether it's a lefthanded...Dont' really know. I'm right handed but I guess you could easily use it if you were left handed..just put it on your left side instead of your right side!. It gets the job done very easily. You don't have to give it much gas to trim average areas. (not even half throttle).

  3. Can the head be changed for a Brush Blade?

    1. No. This is a light weight unit that would not support the weight of that type of head. I would imagine the shaft rod would break if you hit anything hard enough to stop the brush blade.
