    1. The manufacturer does not offer a decibel rating for this pump at this time.

  3. Auto switch?

    1. This pump does not have an automatic switch. It needs to be turned and off manually. Running this pump dry would cause the motor to overheat. Please view item #22655. That pump has a sensing technology to turn off when the water level goes down to 3/8".

  4. Can this pump be fully under water, like dropped inside a 600 gallon water tank full of water?

    1. The water bug is fully submersible. The pump has a total head of 30 feet.

  5. Automatic switch

    Can i leave out on my flat roof? Is there an automatic switch that detect water is above 1/16" and pump starts and stops when water goes to 1/16"?

    1. This pump can be used on a flat roof with supervision. On this pump there is no automatic switch that will turn the pump on and off, it needs to be turned on and off manually. When using this pump, you will want to watch it to make sure it does not run dry. Running the pump dry would cause the motor to overheat.
