how do they install, do they glue or snap?
I am replacing fireplace insert fire brick. what holds these bricks in place? can they be cut? do I need additional materials to install them?

the firebox should have metal grooved holders to slide the old bricks out and new ones in. I did have to completely clean out the box of all ash to break free the old ones - check YOU TUBE for how to remove the bricks, it's a great source!
