The Viair 450P-RV 12 Volt Automatic Portable Tire Inflator Air Compressor Kit offers an automatic shut-off function in a larger powerful portable tire inflator. This 100% duty cycle unit is capable of pressures up to 150 PSI and can be operated for up to 40 minutes at a time before needing to be rested. Features a 60ft. coil hose that allows you to reach all the tires on your motorhome or RV. The 450P-RV Automatic comes with a close-ended gas station-style air gun for added convenience.

  1. Would this really work for Filling RV tires up to 110psi and if so how long would it take if starting to fill when tire is at 95psi? Thanks.

    1. This unit will fill tires up to 150 PSI. For a standard RV tire 275/80R22.5, the fill rate from 90 to 100 PSI is 3 min 20 sec and from 100 to 110 PSI is 3 min 44 sec.

  2. What is the CFM rating? How long to rest if used 40 minutes? Can it be used as a deflator as well as an inflator?

    1. The air compressor is rated at 1.8 CFM. If running for 40 minutes, it should rest for 40 minutes before using it again. It can be used as a deflator as well as an inflator. There is a button on the side of the tire gun you can press to use it as a deflator. Using the gun as a deflator is a slower process.

    1. The 450P-RV and the 450P-RVS models have the same features, functionality, and accessories. The 450P-RVS model is a new version of the 450P-RV model.
