Product Summary

The Vestil Work Platform with Single Door features a checker floor plate for safety and a long strap with a hook to attach a platform to a fork truck. This unit quickly and safely raises maintenance personnel to where they are needed. It attaches to a fork truck by inserting forks into fork pockets and securing platform to fork truck. The tine lock must be engaged to secure the platform to the forks. 3 sides include dual handles for safety; the fourth side features expanded metal backing. A maximum of 2 people can be in the work platform at one time.

  1. What is yellow nylon safety Strap Rated for?

    1. The yellow strap (part number VL08-145-028) is 1" wide x 48" long. The weight capacity on the strap is 1000 pounds. The weight capacity on the hook is 3000 pounds.

  2. does this platform meet Cal OSHA standards? I'm under the impression that there has to be a mast guard on the backface of the platform that has to be at least 7 ft. high to guard against someone getting their hand/arm caught in the mast of the forklift.
