    Does this pail dispenser have a maximum height and width for the pails to be lifted and rotated - mine are 22 inches tall, but look to be standard pail width.

  3. What is the clearance measurement between the straddles? What is the length measurement for each of the base straddles?

    1. The inside width between the straddles is 11-1/2". The length of the base straddles (to the rear, including the wheels) is 26-5/8". The length of the straddles (excluding the wheels) is approximately 20-5/8".
