Product Summary

These Vestil Truck Fork Extensions are constructed of welded steel with cast steel tips to provide the extra support needed to lift long or large objects with a fork truck. Standard loop style operation: insert loop at the tip of the fork and slide it up at a 45° angle, then lay it down over the existing fork. OSHA regulations require that extensions are no more than 150% of the existing fork length (e.g. 48 in. existing forks, the fork extension should not exceed 72 in.) Maximum uniform capacity is 4,000 lbs per pair. Available in selected 48in. to 96in. lengths.

    is this the inside measurement of the channel iron

    1. The overall outside width of each fork extension is 5.5". The inside measurement of the extension is 5". These will fit 4" - 5" wide, 2" thick forks.

  3. I need fork extensions that will fit a fork 2" x 6". I do not see listed but does Vestil make them?

    These would be used to move lightweight equipment with a large footprint in a manufacturing facility.

    1. Yes, Vestil makes a variety of the 2" x 6" fork extensions. We do carry them on our website and they are listed as the FE-6 forks.
