The initial opening is less than 3/4 of an inch and can accomodate a 3/4 inch. hose.

This Vestil pump would have a 3/8 inch hose barb fitting that the plastic tubing that comes with it will fit on. It would be able to remove fluids through a 3/4 inch opening.

This model may work depending on how think the oil/lotion is but is not ideal for thicker fluids. See link below for a Vestil pump better suited to for less viscous materials.
