  1. Can a 3/4" garden hose fit over the intake nozzle?

    I need to empty a 6 gal. jerry can that has a rather small opening - less than 3/4".

    1. The initial opening is less than 3/4 of an inch and can accomodate a 3/4 inch. hose.

    2. This Vestil pump would have a 3/8 inch hose barb fitting that the plastic tubing that comes with it will fit on. It would be able to remove fluids through a 3/4 inch opening.

    1. This model may work depending on how think the oil/lotion is but is not ideal for thicker fluids. See link below for a Vestil pump better suited to for less viscous materials.

    1. This drum and pail pump does work in 5 gallon pails with either 3/4 inch or 2 inch bung sizes.
