The Vestil Rug Ram/Carpet Pole is ideal for the manufacturing and warehouse industries. The design allows personnel to transport a variety of products with the use of lifting devices. The high strength, rotatable, replaceable pole has a tapered tip for smooth, safe lifting. Note: Due to variations in fork truck carriages, please verify that your carriage will conform to the dimensions stated above. Otherwise, please verify dimensions B, T2 T3 and H4 for a special backplate to fit.

    1. You need to be able to see the yellow tip of the pole. The carpet roll must not be longer than the pole.

    Does it have to be lifted to attach or can you just drive up to it and hook up?

    1. You can drive up to attach the carriage mounted poles. They feature a spring loaded locking pin that secures them to the carriage.

    1. The carpet pole is a carriage mounted class III with a spring loaded locking pin securing them to the carriage of any forklift with a weight capacity of 2500 and a class III rating.
