    1. This will have a lift range of 36-7/8" to 49-1/8", from the floor to the top of the strap bracket.

  2. Can this lift a cylinder to at least 4’ ?

    1. The unit would be designed to lift the cylinder to transport. It would not be able to lift a cylinder 4'.
