  1. Does this product require vertical loading on the hitch ball to maintain loading, Could this be used to pull a 4000lb cart that is on 4 wheels?

    1. The tugger will have a push or pull weight capacity of 5000 pounds. To use the push option, you will need to purchase the bumper attachment model number E-TUG-HD-RPB-19 separately. To pull, you will attach per the ball on the top of the tugger or by using the adjustable front ball mount model number R-TUG-ABMH.
