    1. The Winch Truck would have a friction brake in the winch mechanism, so when you let go, it will stop and hold the load.

    I need a lift something like this to go at least 9' to 12' high

    1. The max height on this unit is 118'' (9 feet 8 inches) with the forks down and 142'' (11 feet 10 inches) with the forks up.
