when the lift is in the lowered position, it says its 10" high. Can the ramps be lowered to ground level so you can roll items to the platform?

Does the dock lift come with the ramp that is bolted to the ground for using a pallet jack to pull loads onto then lift up to the dock door?

Is is possible to reposition this scissor lift dock with pallet jack? ie. is it possible to slide a pallet jack under the unit or does the lift frame sit flat on the ground?

There is no space for a pallet jack to slide under the frame.

does this come in 110v motor, or can the currant motor be adapted to 110v? What is the seperate weight of the lift unit and the motor unit

This unit has a 3 phase motor with voltage options of 208-230/460. This motor cannot be adapted to work on 110 volts which would be a single phase motor. You could not use a single phase 110 volt motor on this dock lift.
