  1. Do all wheels swivel?

    1. Fortunately only the handle-end wheels swivel. Four swiveling wheels would force you to manhandle it all the time in order to control its direction.

    3. This folding handle platform truck has 4 casters. The two casters near the handle swivel. The two casters at the far end of the truck are rigid and do not swivel.
