  1. how do I adapt this gun to fit a 3/4" hose?

    1. With the included 3/8" barbed swivel fitting removed the gun has 1/2" NPT male threads. Most any hardware store would have appropriate adapters.

    2. This unit comes with a 3/8 inch fitting and a 3/4 adapter would be needed to convert it to the desired size. This item can be purchased at your local hardware store.

  2. what type of sprayer powers this spray gun

    i want to spray trees in my back yard so the 40ft range sounds good. what type of sprayer do i need to hook this up to?

    1. 50 psi or more is what I would look into. The smaller ones may reach but accounting wind and different size trees it would be little bit better

    2. You would want a sprayer with a pump that can handle 5.5 gpm. Item # 2681851 would be a great sprayer for spraying trees.

    1. The gun is not recommended to be used on a pressure washer. The maximum pressure that the gun can handle is 250 PSI.

    1. We do not carry a hose barb fitting to go from 3/8" to 1/2".

  8. Best spray gun for ag chemical applications

    Hello, I have the NorthStar NSQ 7 gpm pump which supplies 60 psi of pressure. I'm looking for 30-ft range with narrow stream for noxious weed control. It would be great if the same gun could be used in controlled burning applications as well (water/surfactant mix), which is why the adjustable spray pattern interests me. Specs say minimum of 100 psi. Would this model work, or do you have an alternate you can suggest? Thanks for your time.

    1. This spray gun requires a minimum of 100 PSI and 5 GPM to spray 30 to 35 feet. You may use this with your sprayer but the spray distance would be less than 30 feet. All other spray guns that we have available would perform the same as the one that came with your NorthStar Spray Pump.

    1. The flash turbo spray gun doesn't come with nozzles which can removed and replaced with different size nozzles. It has an adjustable built in nozzle only.
