Product Summary

Valley Craft's Economy Steel Drum Forklift Attachment is the perfect solution to efficiently transport steel drums throughout your facility. Engineered with heavy gauge steel, this unit is above other economical choices. This drum attachment is designed utilizing a simplified knuckle gripping natural pressure system that grips the lip of the drum using the weight of the drum to help secure it. Unit is compatible with 55 gallon drums, and has an 800 lb. capacity. This solution is ideal for users with intermittent drum handling who need something to do the job when the time comes. To operate units, first put your forklift forks into the designated fork pockets. Next, screw down the conveniently located built-in T-bolts to secure your unit to the forklift. Raise jaws around drum to automatically secure the jaws under the top lip of the drum. From here you can safely and securely transport your drum throughout your facility. To release, simply lower the drum to release pressure on the jaws and the unit will automatically disengage. Valley Craft's Steel Drum Forklift Attachments improve the safety and productivity of any facility that is lifting and transporting steel drums. Constructed of heavy-gauge steel with a premium powder-coat paint finish in green, this unit is built to last. All products are shipped fully assembled, ready-to-use.

    1. The usable fork tube size would be 1 5/8" L x 5.58" W x 16 3/4" H.

  2. The specs say it will work with Steal barrels . Does anyone know if it would work with plastic barrels too? Thanks
