  1. Does this carrier have an interior frame?

    Is it rigid at all, or just a soft side cover? i.e. does it have an interior frame or plastic sides to give it some shape when empty?

    1. It is completely soft sided, but there are straps that are adjustable that tie it to the carrier and when it was empty I just pulled those straps down tight and it was fine. Otherwise you can roll it up easily and put it in the back of your vehicle.

    2. This cargo carrier bag is constructed of PVC tarp material. The ends/corners should maintain their shape even if the bag is not packed to capacity. The center portion may collapse if not fully packed. An interior frame or plastic slides to maintain the bag's shape(when not packed) are not included and are not available separately.

  2. Is there any more information about this bag?

    I purchased the rack that it is shown on, and when I take the dimensions and use a tape measure the bag is smaller than the rack. But when I look at the pictures it is the same size as the rack is. Why is there a difference? Are they truly water/weatherproof?

    2. I have this bag and the carrier and I can tell you it fit perfectly when loaded. I also can tell you that we took it on a 2000 mile trip partially in the rain and everything was perfectly dry when we opened it.
