  7. Does the frame need to be ground to bare metal where the grounding wires attach?

    1. To ground the trailer, secure the white ground wire located at the plug end of the wiring harness to the small hole on the front bottom side of the towbar. Use a 4 mm self-tapping screw to fasten the wire firmly to the metal surface.
