  6. cuctomer has an inteligent brake system that does not recognize the jack when plugged in what do you do for this?

    1. There is no "universal" plug to use this jack with different vehicles and brake systems. To resolve this issue, our suggestion is to move the “black hot” wire on the connector to match the vehicle. The 7-way connector has 7 metal terminals installed in the connector, but only the black and white wires are necessary to power the jack. Move the black wire to a different location to bypass the computer issue so the plug can get power and allow the jack to function properly.
