The Ultra-Tow Adjustable Trailer Dolly with Caster provides an easy way to move your trailer into storage, through tight areas and in spaces where you can't drive it. Dolly can hold a total weight load of up to 800 lbs. to handle various trailers. Height adjusts from 15-3/8in.–24-3/8in. to accommodate many different sizes of trailers. Dolly features (2) 12in. flat-free tires and (1) 8in. swivel caster to provide smooth rolling and easy steering. Back caster also keeps the trailer load from putting too much weight on user. Constructed with a heavy-duty solid steel frame with a hammer tone powder-coat finish that resists corrosion. The 30in. wheelbase adds stability in turns. The 41-1/8in. handle provides additional leverage for easy trailer moving. Includes a 1-7/8in. hitch ball for simple attaching.

  1. Is it easier to move a loaded boat trailer with the caster? A lot easier? Or do you have to constantly "kick" the wheel in place?

    We have to kick the regular boat trailer in place all the time when we're trying to guide it into the garage or carport. So, would it be better to get a dolly without the caster? Thanks!

    1. The caster will swivel to allow easy movement for that application. If the caster needs to be kicked it is possible the 800 pound load capacity is being exceeded.

  2. Having the run flat tires I assume they are a solid type. How does this effect the maneuverability over grass,rocks or other obstacles?

    1. The dolly will come with flat-free tires. A flat free tire will have less give and cushion when running over rocks etc. than a pneumatic tire.

    2. They are plenty hard to go over anything. However, the foam in my tires broke down after about 3 years and required replacing.

  3. Will this work with 2" coupler?

    1. The 1-7/8" ball could accommodate a 2" coupler if the coupler has an adjustable collar.

  4. Can you easily change out hitch ball to 2" or a 2-5/16" ball?

    1. The 1-7/8" ball can be swapped out to a different size hitch ball. The shank diameter is 3/4".

  8. My trailer has a pintle lunette. The ball doesn't appear removable; there is no accessible nut. Does this product have a pintle hitch connector that we can replace the ball with? Thanks

    1. The hitch ball on this dolly is removable. The adjustable tube is threaded to fit the hitch ball. This dolly does not have a pintle hitch connector available.

  9. I know a single axle trailer can be moved with this but, can a tandem axle trailer be manuevered.
