The Ultra-Tow 3/8in.–1/2in. Ratchet Load Binder is the professional way to clamp, bind, anchor and tie down large loads. The binder has a 9,200-lb. working load limit and 33,000-lb. breaking strength. Works with 3/8in. Grade 70 or 1/2in. Grade 43 chain. The ratchet makes load tightening easier and faster, allowing for quick tightening if the load shifts. A long handle design provides excellent leverage. Ideal for truckers and farmers.
