    1. At this time, we do not offer a receiver hitch mount for this winch. This winch includes a mounting plate and hardware. The receiver hitch would need to be adapted to the mounting plate.

  4. I see this comes with 55' of cable. Can a longer cable be installed in place of the 55' cable.

    1. This winch was designed and tested with the 55' cable. We do not recommend modifying the winch in any way as it may affect the winch's performance and would void the warranty.

  6. what is the purpose of the box looking thing on the left side top of the unit. Appears to have a cap for some reason

    1. The box on the left side of the winch in the photo is the solenoid cover. The cap on top of that is where the remote control switch plugs in.
