This Tuxedo Platform Lift can be used for storage or service of ATVs, lawn mowers and yard tractors. Convenient 2.5 HP electric hydraulic operation uses 115V AC. 2000-lb. capacity for maximum lifting. Item too large for lift gate. Requires forklift on site for unloading. This item is delivered by flatbed truck Monday--Friday with 24 hours advance notice. A forklift is required to offload the lift from a dock-height flatbed trailer.

  1. How thick of cement do I need to fasten it to ? Does the platform fold up ?

    1. The concrete should be a minimum of 4.25" thick and 3000 PSI tensile strength with steel or fiber mesh reinforcement. The platform does not fold up.

    1. The column of the lift is anchored into the concrete floor. The power unit is plugged into a standard three prong 115 volt AC outlet. Installation instructions are included with the platform lift.

    1. A decibel rating is not give for the platform lift. Platform lifts are quiet when lifting.

  7. Is this product weather proof?

    I am interested in using this as a wheelchair lift. Can it be outside continuously? I live in NY so it would be hot and cold temperatures, snow, rain...

    1. This Tuxedo Lift is not designed to be used outdoors as is from the factory. You would need to design a weather proof enclosure for the power unit and all electric connections to be able to use outdoors.
