    1. The fan has a white powder coated metal mesh shroud protecting the blades and housing.

  2. Can the head of the fan be moved/rotated for accutate airflow and is there a 3 prong plug?

    1. Since this is an oscillating fan, the head can be moved/rotated for directional air flow when the user disengages the oscillating automatic movement of the fan head.
      The plug is a standard two prong plug without the third grounding prong.
