This Fostoria Overhead Flat Panel Electric Infrared Heater by TPI is ideal for spot heating or total area heating in high-bay industrial buildings, including steel mills, warehouses and material handling areas. These single-element flat electric infrared heaters deliver a concentration of heat without fumes or open flames. Designed for harsh, rugged environments, each heater can be suspended vertically or horizontally by chain or mounted rigidly with included angle iron. Durable element assembly contains no glass and has a life expectancy of 25,000 hours. Housing is gold anodized aluminum and delivers a 60° symmetrical heat pattern. Medium wave emitter operates at 78.5% radiant efficiency. Includes electrical enclosure for direct wire installation plus zinc-plated, heavy-gauge safety screens. ETL C/US listed for suspended high-bay indoor applications. Requires hardwired electrical connection. Professional installation recommended. Units ship fully assembled.
