    1. it's not a mechanical lock but it has a rod that you slide into place after you jack your bike up

  2. What's the handle-length & can the length collapse?

    1. I don't know the over all length but it is a two piece handle has a snap button so you can remove the upper section or the whole handle can be removed easily
