Product Summary

The Top Dawg 720P IP169 Waterproof Dash-Mount Bracket Back-up Camera helps reduce accidents significantly. It offers a 120° ultra-wide viewing range and excellent night vision, allowing you to see what is behind your vehicle at all times (or in front, depending upon where you install the camera). The 7in. waterproof color TFT-LCD monitor has a built-in receiver. A magnet mount is available (not included). This unit includes a 45ft. cable between the camera and the 7in. LCD monitor with sun shield and U-style mounting bracket. The bracket offers a wide variety of installation options. The camera angle can be adjusted up and down for 4-angle viewing (normal, reverse, inverted and inverted reverse). Heavy-duty trailer connectors can be added to allow you to install on a 2-piece trailer or RV. Most customers will use this as a back-up camera system, which means you will power the back-up camera system to a 12V reverse light/power source. Then, once your equipment/truck/vehicle goes into reverse, the system will turn on and show you a high-quality image on the waterproof 7in. LCD. But some customers want to have this camera live at all times when the vehicle/truck/equipment is on, and all you need to do is power the camera system with a 12V ignition power source. This camera will then show you video at all times. Either way, you can install this camera up to 45ft. away from the monitor using the heavy-duty wire on any type of truck/trailer/equipment. Then, you will install the waterproof 7in. HD monitor in the cab/tractor/truck/car using either the heavy-duty windshield mount or U-bracket dash mount (both are included). You will power the 7in. LCD by using 12V hard wire power behind the dash. Once the LCD has power, then the camera turns on and will immediately display a 720P video image to the LCD. This is a top-of-the-line back-up camera system that will help you protect yourself and avoid accidents. Installation is easy and takes approximately 45-90 minutes. This unit works in temperatures from -30° to +160°F.
